Forså compact Mic Boom Arm Flip Mount

This is a compact flip mount for the IKEA Forså desk lamp. This fixation rotates over 70 degrees; this is a security feature. You may mirror this model in your slicing software depending on your desired rotation direction. This hack may turn your desk lamp into a relative cheap microphone boom arm for your home office. This has been used as my default web conferencing set-up during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Print instructions

This model is designed to be printed without any support material. They are two similar files; one designed with 0.2 mm tolerance, another one with 0.3 mm tolerance. Choose the one that fits better your machine.
