Modifizierter Spulenhalter für Kingroon KP3s modified spoolholder for Kingroon KP3s

Allgemeines

Remix des bekannten “Top Mount spoolholder” für den Kingroon KP3s.

Meine Version beinhaltet 3 wesentliche Änderungen:

1. der Halter wird fest am Drucker verschraubt (benötigt 2stk M5x20 Innensechskantschrauben)
2. der Haltearm wird gegen Herunterfallen gesichert (benötigt 2stk M4x20 Innensechskantschrauben, 2stk M4 Nylock Mutter & 2stk M4 U-Scheiben mit mindestens 12mm Außendurchmesser)
3. der Abroller lief mir persönlich zu leicht, daher habe ich einen Abroller ohne Kugellager erstellt und den Arm entsprechend angepasst

Druckeinstellungen

• Drucker: Prusa MK3s
• Schichthöhe: 0,20mm
• Infill: 15-20% Bienenwabe, Gyroid
• Vertikale Perimeter: 3-4
• Decke- & Boden Schichten: 3-4

Material

Zusätzlich wird folgendes Material benötigt:

• 2stk M4x20 Innensechskantschraube
• 2stk M4 Nylock Mutter
• 2stk M4 U-Scheibe mit Außendurchmesser von ca. 12mm oder größer
• 2stk M5x20 Innensechskantschraube

Druckmaterial

• PETG empfohlen
• auf den Bilder: 
  • Haltearm: ERYONE PETG Carbon Fiber
  • Abroller & Basis: Prusament PETG Orange

Vorbereitungen

Um die Basis am Drucker verschrauben zu können, werden auf der Oberseite des Aluprofils der Z-Achse 2stk M5 Gewinde benötigt. 

General

Remix from the famous “Top mount spoolholder” for the Kingroon KP3s.

My version contains 3 significant changes:

1. the “top cap” get screwed with the printer (you need additional 2pcs M5x20 allen screw)
2. the “main arm” gets saved for falling down (you need additional 2pcs M4x20 allen screw, 2pcs M4 nylock hexnut and 2pcs M4 washer with minimum 12mm outer diameter)
3. in my pinion the roller runs to smooth so i had every time twists on my filamentroll. I have made a roller without bearings and customize the “main arm” for this roller

Print Settings

• Printer: Prusa MK3s
• Layerheight: 0,20mm 
• Infill: 15-20% honeycomb, gyroid
• Vertical Perimeter: 3-4
• Top- & Bottomlayer: 3-4

Material 

Additional material you need:

• 2stk M4x20 allen screw
• 2stk M4 Nylock hexnut
• 2stk M4 washer with minimum outer diameter from 12mm or more
• 2stk M5x20 allen screw

Printing material:

• PETG recommended 
• on the picture:
  • main arm: ERYONE PETG Carbon Fiber
  • top cap and roller: Prusament PETG Orange 

Preliminary

To screwing the top cap on the printer, you need to cutting two M5 threads in the top of extrusion from the Z-axis.
