Porsche Fog Light Repair

Print a new support arm for holding the fog light for Porsche 911 (1989-1994) also known as the 964. This might also fit many other Porsche models.

The long plastic arm that supports the light breaks easily due to brittleness caused by old age.

Instructions:

Cut the old, broken arm off flush to the top of the fog lamp housing. File it to match the angle on the repair part and then glue the new part in place. I used JB Weld Plastic Bonder.

Clamp and wait 24 hours for a full cure.
