Description
Hello! This is a simple, classic, Mickey Mouse drawer knob. It can be printed very easily without any support material.
I recommend PLA, this PLA looks nice and works well for me¹
Since the front of the knob is printed on the bed, you have options for what the front looks like. Using a textured bed will result in a matte, textured surface, and using a smooth bed will result in a 3D-printed looking surface.
No support material.
.15-.20 Layer height.
10% infill is sufficient.
If you are worried about strength, increasing parameters to 3 may help (as that is the interface between the screw and the knob).
Need some screws to mount these knobs? I recommend this assortment which works with multiple sizes of this print!
I have included some basic screw sizes as 3MF models. If none of these fit your needs you can modify the included f3d file.
