Description
I designed these bins to be used with my rail mounted tool rack system on my lathe and mill. I am using them to hold lubricant cans, but you might find other uses for them as well. As of writing this, I have not printed the 200mm wide bin yet, but I have printed and am using the smaller bin and the only difference between the two is the width, so I anticipate no problems with the larger bin (other than significantly more print time required).
I printed this out of Overture black PETG, using generic PETG settings in Prusaslicer, with a layer height of 0.2mm, 4 perimeters, 5 top/bottom layers, and 20% infill. Box thickness is based on a multiple of the standard 0.45mm extrusion width for a 0.4mm nozzle. Orient bottom of bin to print bed.
Box mounts to standard 2040 EU spec v-slot rail using 4ea M5x8mm screws and t-nuts.

[EDIT 09JAN23: I now recommend the roll-in T-nuts with ball bearing for use with these parts, such as are used in the construction of the Voron series of printers.]
