MissileToad - no small fins

I really liked foambrick's missiletoad (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5155110), but the small fins were so thin I was having issues getting them to print correctly and even then they often broke off. So I did a quick remix and removed the small middle fins. Makes for a slightly faster build too.
