Description
I found a bunch of different plans for a DIY no-fog coolant spray system for standard knee mills so I decided to make my own. These are the parts I designed to mount the spray tube to the spindle.
I originally made the arms 6" long and after printing realized they were too long. I shortened them to 3" and they work great. Clamp ID is 85.25mm. This fits perfectly on out Supermax knee mill and should work on others, or you can modify the part to suit your needs.

Drill holes out to 0.201" (#7 drill) for 10-32 screw clearance. Tap two side holes in "Bracket" with 10-32 tap. I used 8mm OD copper pipe with a 0.030" welding tip threaded onto the end.
I've also attached the PDF for the mixing block drawing. I made that from aluminum. There is a needle valve on the coolant side and on the air inlet side to get the pressures and flow just right.
Use 10-32 x 1.5" socket head bolts with washers and nuts to assemble and tighten to get your desired clamping force on the assembly.
