Scales used:

X-Axis: travel length 550mm

Y-Axis: travel length 200mm

Z-Axis: travel length 300mm

X-Axis Mount:

• DRO_bracketX_Left.stl (1x)
• DRO_bracketX_Right.stl (1x)
• DRO_bracketX_Plate.stl (1x)

Y-Axis Mount:

• DRO_bracketY_Left.stl (1x)
• DRO_bracketY_Right.stl (1x)
• DRO_bracketY_Plate.stl (1x)

Z-Axis Mount:

• DRO_bracketZ.stl (2x)
• DRO_bracketZ_Plate.stl (1x)
• DRO_bracketZ_PlateMount.stl (1x)

Recommended Material:

• ABS (30% infill)

Remarks:

• The X-Axis scale is mounted on the front of the mill using the t-slot and the already existing holes. The reason for mounting at the front is that I did not want to loose any travel in the Y direction.
• I made cutouts in the Electronics cover for mounting the Z-Axis scale and the DRO bracket. The reason is that I do want to able to remove the Electronics cover without having to unmount the Z-axis scale and the DRO unit
• The X-axis lock handle and pin that come with the mill cannot be used anymore. I have created replacements for both the handle and the pin; the handle is narrower and the pin is much longer than the original.
