Vcore 3.1 Stepper Decoupling and visual Belts Mod

My Vcore 3.1 XY Motor Stepper Mount Mod

This mod offers several advantages:

1. Belts are now visible so you can check if they are running properly on the idlers
2. Shoulderbolts for perfect concentricity
3. The pulley runs on a 5mm shaft with ball bearings, so that no force pulls on the stepper shaft
4. Stepper dampers can be used without affecting print quality.

1x flexible coupler (i prefere disk clutch from kis3d)

1x Nema17 damper

2x additional F695zz bearing

2x M3x10mm 

2x M3x6mm

2x 6mm Spacer

1x 1mm shim

2x M4 nut
