Taller MK52 heatbed cable cover at 60°

This MK52 heated bed cover has ~9 mm of internal height to accomodate bulkier terminals 

What's different?

 - Added 3.6 mm of height to @cdassei (thing:4711069 on thingiverse) model from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4711069?part=79aec1b8-0ce1-48c9-9068-8cb24c950cf7

Here on printables, @mikrom has a similar model

Hardware:

• 3x M3x20 mm countersunk screws
• 3x M3 nylock nuts

Assembly tips:

• After attaching the cover top to the bed using the retaining screw, I found it helpful to clamp it in-place before screwing in the other two fasteners.
