Description
A printing head for Ender 3/Ender 3 V2 with very good cooling performance.
Printing accessories:
Dragonfly BMS hotend
Orbiter V2 Extruder
5015 24V X2 (part cooling)
4010 12V (hotend)
Hardware:
M4x20 @4 (5015 fan mounting)
M4x10@2 (blower cover mounting)
M3x15@6 (extruder/hotend fan mounting)
M3x25 @2 (Hotend moutning)
I recommend printing the base at a 45 degree angle to avoid some cracking with one screw that is close to the edge of the part.
If you want to have the cleanest wire routing, you should include a connector for each 5015 fan, or do your final soldering after they are assembled to the cooling cover.
Update 11/13/22
Added a model without the BLTouch mounting flange so that you can fit a 4020 cooling fan for the hotend.
Update 1/15/23 (Adjustable)
-Made the shroud bigger so you can fit a 4020 fan AND BLTouch.
-Made the shroud adjustable +/-2.5mm so you can adjust for other hotends/ bed probes
-Added a slot to the part so can assemble the dual 5015 fans with the Y harness connected
