Description

The 3D modelled Solder Paste and Flux Dispenser is a compact and efficient device, perfect for electronics assembly. Its ergonomic design makes it easy to use, with adjustable dispensing volumes ensuring accurate and consistent results every time.

This dispenser is a crucial tool for electronics manufacturers, and home hobbyists, delivering professional quality finishes to their assemblies. Its reliable performance and precise operation make it an indispensable part of any electronics production process.

Fits 10ml syringes.

Parts

For assembly you will need:

printed parts

I recommend printing with a 0.15-0.2mm layer height, with PLA and with a 0.4mm nozzle and a printing speed of 25-35 mm/s.
Printing with a 0.6mm or bigger nozzle with PETG doesn't work for the model, I've tried.

For parts print the following:

1 x Dispenser pt1.stl
1 x Dispenser pt2.stl
1 x Dispenser pt3.stl
1 x Dispenser pt4_v2.stl
1 x Dispenser pt5_v2.stl
1 x Dispenser pt6.stl

I recommend printing the "Dispenser pt6.3mf" part separately from the others and with part cooling fan running at 100%.

Assembly

Use the long printed screw to break in the nut's threads for free-er usage, then assemble all the parts as seen in the photos.

Alternatively you can use a M5x0.8 tap to re-cut the threads on part “Dispenser pt4_v2.stl”.
