Walmart OPD Label Dispenser

The size of the bar that the dispenser hangs from has changed on newer pick carts from 75mm (2.9") to 87mm(3.4").

So if your store gets new carts you may need to download the remix by Crazy Asian that has been modified to account for this. 

Edit: 11/21/22 Updated model with a few minor dimension changes that make it perform better, and changed to the correct orientation for printing. 

If the label paper is routed correctly you can pull down on the paper and the labels will be peeled off automatically.

All parts were designed to be printed without supports.  

Print one each of the dispenser and rod and two of the spacers.  This will accommodate the Substitution, Heavy, and Fragile labels

I printed mine in PETG with three perimeters and they are holding up well so far.
