I use elastic hair ties as a homemade knuckle strap for my Quest 2 controllers and added a collared pin inside the bottom hole to allow the attachment of the hair tie to the bottom of the grip. The top tie is looped around the sensor ring as in the photos.
This also works with the stock wrist strap that some people are able to use as a knuckle strap.
The STL is the right grip, mirror for the left grip.
The insert STL's are to add the pin if you already printed the original as I did.
Hand strap cover to spread out the pressure from the hair elastics. Might add felt for a little breathability

I printed the grip body at 10% gyroid infill sliced with PrusaSlicer.
The inserts are printed with 3 perimeters/walls. and gap fill.Hand strap cover printed with 3 perimeters/walls.
