Slim Light Pi Case with CAD, with FRC easy mounts

Inspired by several cases that weren't quite right for our FRC Robots we present the V3 edition of the 4160 case.  Branded with the Robuc on one side, and the Open Alliance Logo on the other, you are less than 3hrs of print time from a durable, super-light, and customize-able case.

There are at least 4 different ways to mount this case:
1. zip tie holes for 1" stock.
2. zip tie holes for 2" stock.
3. full case width zip tie mount.
4. rivet holes through the back *1

*1:  the holes are in locations that avoid any components on the back of the Pi4 Board.  However, there is always the risk of a rivet coming into contact with the board.  HIGHLY recommend a piece of 3M VHB tape between the top of the rivet and the Pi Board to prevent any possible issues.

Because you may be at a Robotics Competition and may run into a plethora of different types and sizes of zip ties we designed this to accommodate several different sizes.  There are also several ways to affix the top.
1. Use skinny zip ties on the 3 side holes (best way if you are using the POE connector).
2. Use 2 skinny zip ties to go all the way across the Ethernet side between the Ethernet jack metal back, and the POE connector (if you are not using the POE connector).
3. Use fat zip ties through the side holes, bend up the zip ties, and put the cover on.
4. Cover up the audio Jack and use the bottom hole and long thick zip ties..
etc…

You get .stl files as well as the source Fusion 360 file, and a step export.  Mod away to your hearts content.
