The section which is inserted into the spine of the book has following dimensions:
You can print it with a lower scale for smaller books. Smaller than 50 % is not recommended due to the decreasing thickness of the model.
I uploaded the step file and .SLDPRT file. Feel free to change the size and logo to whatever you want.
