Roger Charger / Hyper Charger Bumper Case

Aug 28, 2023 Update:

• The rear bumper has been modified to accommodate the knobs the Roger Charger v3.
• The corners have been modified to make them easier to print.

The Roger charger (sold under the name “Hyper Charger” at Alien Rides) has sharp corners and protruding knobs that can shred nylon backpacks and cause injuries in a crash. Protect your charger and yourself with squishy bumpers.

Print with TPU, 7% to 15% infill, 0.6mm nozzle, 3 walls, and Gyroid infill pattern for that squishy feel.

The .stl files are already orientated with the correct side facing down.

One support is needed for the rear bumper. A tree supports that touches the build plate works well.

In Cura set “Support Structure” to “tree”. Then change “Support Placement” to “Touching Buildplate”
