Description
Line 6 HX Stomp Mini Tap Tempo with Expression Out Guitar Pedal:
I made this pedal to clean up my HX Stomp setup. One jack connects to the HX Stomp Exp1/2 Jack with a stereo cable and the other jack connects to an expression pedal with a standard mono patch cable.
This is a super tight build but I wanted it to be very compact and short so that I could place it in front of another pedal without interference.
Parts:
1 x Mono ¼ jack
1x Stereo ¼ jack
1x Momentary tap switch like the one in the picture. (Shortest one I had.)
4x M2x6 screws. (That's what I had on hand so that's the hole size.)
1x wire to solder it together.
Instructions:
I printed it in PETG with 5 perimeters, 0.2, 6 top & bottom layers. Walls are thick so it feels beefy.
It's a pretty straight forward project. Connect one of the switch ports to the ground lug on the stereo port and connect the ground lug of the stereo port to the ground lug of the mono jack. All three share a common ground.
Connect the tip lug of the mono jack to the tip lug of the stereo jack
Connect a wire from the other switch lug to the ring lug of the stereo port.
