Description
I often need a battery to power my electronic projects. I have used large power tool battery's
and they work great but for a small toy I needed something smaller, safe to handle and come
with a good charger. I found the Canon EOS 2 cell lipo a good choice and at a reasonable
price.

The contacts are made from 1mm brass sheets and are fairly easy to file to shape. Insert
as shown in the pictures and file them so that the contact moves up .5 to .75 mm for a good
contact and not enough to permanently deform the plastic.
Put a heat sink on the contact, add flux and solder fast and you won't have any trouble melting the plastic.
Handy to use in small projects that need a 7 volt dc source with 2200 mah and provides a safe lipo charger.
Just CA the holder wherever you need it.
Cheers
