Prusa Mini silicone bed leveling mod dialer

A remix of the model “Prusa MINI Silicone Bed Leveling Mod - bed tightening jig”, with fully original parts but with strong inspiration from that model.

A slightly thicker plate to better allow multiple colors to be used, with 90 and 270 marked also counter-clockwise to make turning a little bit easier. The hole in the middle is a little bit larger to allow the dial to sit in there tightly. There is a small ring under the dial to keep it centered in the plate and to keep it you need to use supports when printing the dials. You can probably also just cut it from the model if you don't like supports or there is some friction between it and the plate. A light sanding of the top of the plate and the bottom / ring of the dial also make them turn a lot smoother.

I typically use a screw driver with changeable 4mm / 1/8" bits (e.g. Parkside handle with 7.5mm shaft) for this so my dial fits those. There is another dial for standalone screw drivers with 5mm shaft. No, the one for bits doesn't allow the bit to rotate in it. You'll have to align the plate to 0 when starting the adjustment instead of keeping it always in a certain direction.

The ready made gcode file includes two color shifts to mark CCW 90 and 270 separately.
