My wife had a really cool wooden turkey thing she got from her grandfather which holds a bunch of suckers fanning out as the feathers. I thought it was really awesome so made a copy of it in CAD.
I attached a picture of the original to get an idea for the painting. Small lines are etched on the surface to help with the painting.
Finally got it all printed and painted in wood fill PLA. Everything has been 3d printed, lightly stained and painted. The paint is still wet, but there's a pic.
The holes for the suckers are modeled at 3.75mm. The dum dum suckers I have are 3.25mm so this should fit easily, but please comment if it doesn't fit.
