Scotchbrite Fan Filters - 80mm, 92mm, & 120mm

I designed these things to filter cooling air on an assortment of devices I own. They feature Scotchbrite scouring pad filter media, snap on filter holder for easy maintenance, compact design, and tweaks for aero efficiency.

Print the correct size top, bottom, and spacer for your fans. No supports are required. Attach the spacer and bottom to the inlet side of your fan (spacer touching the fan). Use scissors to cut a Scotchbrite pad to fit snug in the top (a square with corners nipped off). Insert the pad in the top, and snap in place on the bottom.

Hint: Print thicker spacers if you have the room... it will reduce noise and increase air flow. Spacers can easily be scaled in the Z axis of your slicer program.
