Thank you to @rolli-on-fire for the 60° Heatbed Cable Cover
I like the simple original idea with zip ties to secure the cables. I have made three changes.
The thin layer of the zip tie surface, which was damaged in the original design, was removed and zip tie holes penetrated to the surface.
The chamfer changed and the overhang angle has been changed to about 39 degrees, materials such as PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, and CF that do not have sufficient fan speed can be printed cleanly.
A 1mm slit was made so that the LED on the heat bed would stand out.
Print Instruction:
Material: PETG, ABS, PC
Print settings: 0.20mm QUALTY
Infill: 15% plus more
Perimeters: 2 plus more
Supports: no
Notes:
Do not print using PLA. Because, it is deformed by the heat of the heatbed.
Use the stock screw, nylon nut as they are, one 2.5 x 1mm zip tie is needed to secure the cable.
Be sure to power off the printer before performing any part replacement work.
