Description
Wave speaker body and stand for 1 inch or 2 inch full range units. I used Aurasound NSW1-205-8A. For other makes, modify the mounts (step files for 1 inch and 2 inch mounts included.)
L/R in the file name means the thread direction, i.e., R=Right-Handed, L=Left-Handed.
The photo shown is a prototype. The Z-seams are not correctly positioned because I did not consider the placement of the model when printing.
The attached STL files are set up so that the bottom of the speaker component is positioned back of the printer.
Post print;
Throughly remove all burr, support and support interface. Threads are tight, so use silicon oil to lubricate the thread.
Diameter of the speaker terminal is 8mm.
Speaker screw holes are M3. It is recommended to tap the screw holes before installation.
