Gift Box for EASTMAN's Darth_Vader_Bust

The bust came out so well, I wanted to make a box to give it in!  

I designed the box to be printed w/o supports, but you have to assemble them.  Super glue the lid to the sides.  Super glue the logo to the lid.

If you don't like the white border, use the appropriate base, otherwise Vader's head will keep box from closing.

The box at 100% fits the bust and stand at 100%.  My printer can accommodate the 220mm width at 100%.

I accidentally got a smudge of super glue right on the top.  Acetone removed the glue, but left the PLA messed. I had to spray paint the box outside with a clear satin enamel to make it beautiful again.

For this print, I used Overture black PLA at a .12 layer height printing at 50mm/s.  For the box sides I used outer wall shells at 1 and combined infill every layer.  (otherwise its too brittle)  I set infill to 15%.  For the lid if you're going to print with infill less than 25%, use at least 6 top layers solid.
