Remix of Prusa Mini Filament Sensor Bowden Connector Adapter by @OTE

This is a remix of the great little Prusa Mini Filament Sensor Bowden Connector Adapter by OTE which is by far the easiest way I found to add a PTFE fitting to the Mini+ filament sensor. 

I was getting a few snags with the original version so I changed the threading to accommodate a PC4-M10 feedthrough adapter. This allows me to poke the PTFE all the way in. Now the PTFE hits the original PTFE stop point in the filament sensor so there are no gaps or PTFE alignment issues.
