Description
Leave the strap around the tree and simply click your camera to it!
Most wildlife cams have two brackets to pull a strap through. Then you can tie the strap around a post or tree or so. You can’t aim the camera vertically and to check the camera you have to untie the strap. This click-on system is more convenient.
A hook can be strapped to a tree (or hung on a nail, less stable). To the camera a mount is attached to the original slots for the strap. The camera can now slide in the hook and the angle can be adjusted by tightening the bolt and nut.
This mount can be used for all cameras with brackets at the back. If the distance between the brackets is other than 50 mm the spacer (AS) should be adjusted. The Freecad file is included to do so, but you also can change the .stl file in any 3D editor like Tinkercad.
The print files are for PETG at an infill density of 30%. Of course you can slice the .stl files to your own preferences.
