Voron Afterburner - Extended CHC Pro E3DV6 Volcano

This is an extended version of the Voron Afterburner parts that was made to house the TriangleLab CHC Pro 24V hotend using a V6 style mount. The Afterburner was chosen since it's easier to modify than Stealthburner. This version adds an additional 8mm to the original model. This should be able to hold an E3D Volcano hotend as well, though I've never tried it. If you're looking for speed on a budget, the CHC Pro hotend casts around $18 USD and I have personally pushed it over 30mm^3/sec flow rate. I print using it with a 0.6mm nozzle at 165mm/sec to 200mm/sec with no issues.
