Scosche BASELYNX Pixel Buds Pro Charger

This is a charger “module” for the Scosche BASELYNX™ system. It allows you to securely dock your Pixel Bud Pro case and charge it. This is not an official or authorized product. However follow Scosche's guidance on power capacity planning treating this as a “Powered EndCap”. 

Required components: 

• 1x USB-C cable
• 1x HLK-PM01
• 1x IEC320 C7 socket

Build:

1. Print the parts (you may need to print scale 101% to compensate for shrinkage)
2. Test the fit and sand if needed
3. Glue the C7 socket in place (use plenty of glue)
4. Solder the mains power connections to the power supply module
5. Cut the USB-A side off the USB cable
6. Position and glue the USB cable into ‘v4.1’. I recommend an epoxy adhesive. 
7. Thread the cable through 'Body' and solder it to the 5v connections on the power supply module.
8. Glue ‘v4.1’ to ‘Body’ and then ‘End Cap’ to ‘Body’
9. Apply feet to the bottom of ‘Body’
