Description
Completely designed in Tinkercad, free online fonts, and conversion tools. Made for the MK3 build surface. This project is using twenty six 5x2mm magnets to retain the movable wreath. Print multi color with single nozzle printer by doing color changes based on layer height. A little glue is required. Parts all print quickly except for the main surface took around 8 hours. This project was really fun. I printed everything using PLA+ and colors I felt worked well for the season. There is a nail hole in the back for a very fine brad nail. You can also use mounting strips. Ensure you get magnet polarity right before glue is applied. Glue wreath first and set all the magnets in the hanging rails to correct side. Print file #1 at 101% for easy fit. Print file #3 with fuzzy skin setting in Prusa Slicer and 0% infill so it is light weight. Magnet holes may require a slight chamfer on one side to get easy fit with slight retention before gluing. Bow on wreath may need slight fitting. I used a small blade and removed a very small amount of material for all fitting needs.
Merry Christmas! Enjoy the print!
