This model was designed by Daniel Muradás, with added details by Dany Sánchez .
The Kaaba ("The Cube") is a building at the center of Islam's most important mosque in the Hejazi city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is the most sacred site in Islam. Wherever they are in the world, Muslims are expected to face the Kaaba when praying. One of the Five Pillars of Islam requires every Muslim who is able to do so to perform the Hajj (Greater Pilgrimage) and visit the Kaaba at least once in their lifetime. About 1.5 million people visit it every year (from Wikipedia).
MiniWorld 3D is happy to bring this historical model to life as a homage to the people of Saudi Arabia. This model was created from scratch by hand and brain in parametric software to ensure printability, using photographs and blueprints to create a beautiful and stylized version of your favorite landmarks. No supports needed, this has been optimized to eliminate all overhangs.
You can pause and change filament color several times to achieve a fully colorful model. Start with grey or beige for the ground, then black and stripes of gold and white.
