Update 2024: Since it is impossible for me to control the printers, filaments and slicer settings of those who print my models and having been told that my model is not sturdy enough to withstand drops (it was not designed for that either) I decided to remove the model so as not to harm anyone.

Since in my country Ferrex 40v batteries (unlike tools) cost more than two Parkside X20V batteries I decided to make an adapter to use two Parkside batteries in a 40V Ferrex tool.
It can also be used in a 20V Ferrex tool. In this case, the amperage will double and the tool will work with more power and for a longer time.
All parts were printed with PETG with a resolution of 0.28mm and with supports.
In addition to the printed parts, you will need 4 screws and 5 BX2091C terminals
and 5 Spade 6.3mm male terminals
and 5 wires of about 10cm long.
The positive and negative wires should be 16AWG. The fifth wire can be thinner as it serves to transmit the temperature sensor signal and does not need significant current.
The part labeled B1 should have 3 wires, one positive and one negative and one which is the temperature sensor.
Positive is marked with +, negative with - and sensor with T.
The part labeled B2 should only have positive (+) and negative (-) wires.
The three wires from the B1 part must connect to the Ferrex part in the slots marked B1-, T and B1+.
The two wires from the B2 part must connect to the Ferrex part in the slots marked B2- and B2+.
The slots for inserting the terminals are very tight so they can stay in place until you apply the glue, so it takes a little effort and patience to insert the terminals.
I recommend hot glue to secure the terminals in place.
Do not use the Ferrex charger to charge the Parkside battery.
