More Compatible ADXL345 Mount for Micro Swiss NG Extruder

A remix of mgrupe82's Adafruit ADXL345 90 Mount for Micro-Swiss NG, with a solder cutout and widened slots for screws to fit more board designs using the ADXL345 accelerometer besides the larger Adafruit model. 

Designed to be a permanent mount, so you can leave the accelerometer in place. 

You will need to replace the stock fan screws with >20mm M3's, and the slots are sized for M3 screws as well. Printed well in PETG, and held firm during my resonance calibration testing!
