Print Settings:
Orientation: Print sunglasses upside down with the top in contact with the build plate
Print with 100% infill (about 29g of filament total)
0.1mm layer height if using file with built-in supports

Other Information:
I have printed all my test frames in PLA, but a more temperature resistant material is probably a good idea if you are going to leave them in a hot car
Hinges are reasonably robust but will not stand up to abuse
