FRX style electric guitar, 7 string multiscale RedRaven4

My design of 7 string multiscale electric guitar, ESP FRX style.

Harley Benton R-457BK Fan fret was used as donor guitar. Cheapest way to get 7 string multiscale neck. Bridge is something from AliExpress (originals can be used), pickups are EMGs.

Printed with PETG. All surfaces that are to be glued together have “anti glue” channel. Excessive glue should be caught there and not ruin the body. Also, fi5mm metal cabinet shelves pins are used to align glued parts.

Core is made of wood. Cut original body (or other wood) to a shape included in design (core). I made other guitar with printed core and it will not hold action. This one will even with extra string tension.

String dampener and pick holder included. Use some dense foam for string damping, cut it to fit the slot in truss rod cover.

I used copper self adhesive tape for shielding.

No supports required.

No sanding and painting required. I printed top with Prusa slicer's variable layer height. Turned out great.
