Description

All the bearings use the standard 6mm Airsoft BBs.

Ranging from 20mm, up to 200 mm (outer diameter), in 2 and 5 millimeter steps, and are 7.1mm thick.

I don't even know what you could do with a 200mm bearing, but if you do, send us a picture about your Amazing project!

Every geometry have been optimized in order to minimize the gap between the spheres.

If you are not comfortable with the internal diameter of the bearing, the .STP file is also available for you to adjust it to your needs.

Printing Tips

It should be ok to print at 0.2mm layer height, but if you are struggling to get the exact fit just go with 0.1mm and slow down your print.
Also, if you print just one bearing at a time, be sure to set a minimum layer time, so the printer will wait some time between layers. Otherwise your print will deform, and the bearing won't work properly.
As always, make sure your filament is properly dry.
Set random z-seam for better results.

Materials

The idea is to use a material which's hardness is comparable to your BBs one, in order to have a long lasting bearing. As a rule of thumb, the harder, the better.

I recommend using PLA because of it's hardness and cheapness.
