Geometrically and dimensionally accurate model of the original part, so it can be used with the original headband if needed. I decided for this approach instead of altering the design to make it more FDM friendly.

Parts are not mechanically strained but require decent accuracy, so PLA is your material of choice here. 

There are also those tiny plugs covering the screw head but expect you're going to need 0.25 nozzle, good filament and push your printer to the limits to print them successfully. The best idea would be to print them on SLA printer (resin), if you have it available.

Example is printed with Prusament PLA Royal Blue blend, which is close in color to the original tone but contains slight sparkling effect.
