Description

🇲🇦 مرحبا بك في المغرب

Welcome to Morocco!

This model was made by Dany Sánchez.

One of the most recognizable architecture features from the region south of the Atlas Mountains of Morocco is the Amazigh Kasbah, Ksar, or ighrem.

The Amazigh (also known as Berber) are an ethnic group of several nations mostly indigenous to North Africa and some northern parts of Western Africa.

Fortresses like this one typically consist of attached houses, collective granaries, and other structures like a mosque, bath, oven, and shops. They are widespread among the oasis populations of North Africa, sometimes situated in mountain locations to make defense easier; they often are entirely within a single, continuous wall.

The building material of the entire structure is normally adobe, or cut stone and adobe (from Wikipedia).

MiniWorld 3D is happy to bring this historical model to life as a homage to all the people of Morocco. This model was created from scratch by hand and brain in parametric software to ensure printability, using photographs and blueprints to create a beautiful and stylized version of your favorite landmarks.  Please give credit, it's all about spreading culture!
