OE-2.1 Remix - Extended Y Length

Decided to remix the original OpenOcular 2.1.  Found the original y-length (handle part of the lollipop shape) to be too short for the Hadley's focuser.  The tightening knob hits the wheel of the focuser.  Extended it 3cm for clearance.  Should still fit most phones.

The files here are only for the frame and the cover.  The other files for the Open Ocular cellphone holder are needed. Follow their instructions for printing or whatever print settings you used; it should be a drop in fit.
