Description

Just print it in the given orientation, up to 0.25mm layer hight (0.15-0.20mm is better). If you want to modify it, you can use the .step files
If your screw cap wont fit right, you might have to work it free by simply twisting it tight and loosen it fully several times. Repeat this without the bowden tube.

After you are done, you can fit and release the tube by just tightening and loosening the screw cap a little.

The “ring” is designed to make the whole thing easy to fit on verry thin walled boxes without the need for nuts and washers. Just bolt your M3 right into it.

CHANGE LOG 21.03.2023:
Widened the inner diameter of the flange to make it more easy to slide slightly thicker tubes in. Thicker tubes regards to manufacturing inconsistencies on their outer diameter

The screw cap is the same as in my bowden tube connector:

Note: The pictures show an earlier version of the screw cap with “shorter” teeth. The uploaded version has slightly longer ones.
