3 perimeters, 15 % Infill. No Supports needed. PLA will be fine.
The design is scaleable too.

The great base model is meant to be printes in vase mode, so it wont be water-tight and is less sturdy.
I modeled a cavity into the great base-model so it prints watertight, is sturdy and can be planted into directly.
