Description
not sure if anyone else has done this or something similar, I didn't bother looking, if these are really similar to someone else's design, sorry
I borrowed the idea from a commercially available torx driver with a similar handle, I like them but I couldn't find a similar thing for hex drivers
just cut off a chunk of Allen key or hex shaft to the length you want and stuff it in the hole
if its a bit loose, glue it
they're only metric and 1.5 - 6mm because that's really all I need for what ill be using them for
really only 2.5, 3 and 4 but you never know when you'll need something
i also made one for 1/4 " bits just because I could and included a .3mf and the SolidWorks 2022 part file
I will be printing them with on a Formlabs Form3B+ in Rigid4000 - glass re-enforced resin which is white, or Tough1500 which is grey. maybe both
but would likely work well on an FDM printer as well
