Christmas House - Family Christmas Ornament

Here is my 2022 Christmas Ornament. I design one each year that I can customize with each family members name and the year it was made (look at my previous posts for examples).

This year I designed a multi-part / multi-color design where each part prints separately. Just add a few dabs of superglue between the parts and you are done. All clearances are designed at 0.2mm. So the fit is tight but most any print should have no problem accomplishing the fits.

I did this design in Onshape to get some practice outside of Solidworks which is the CAD package I normally use. But that means with the link below and a free Onshape account you can modify the native design to fit your needs and add a name or year of your choice. I have also included a Step File, and a clean STL for you to modify in whatever software you like to use. Feel free to modify, reshare, customize to your hearts content.
