Description
This will provide you with 4 measure points each for X and Y axis, and a bunch for Z axis measurements.
Z axis measurement can be extra tricky because you don't want to measure your bed level at the same time. To help with that, the Z axis measurement points begin above the bed so you are measuring without including the bed layer.
To help figure out what the measurements should be, the dimensions and axis are labeled for each measurement point.
I have been having trouble with my z-axis calibration especially, and it become more obvious the taller the print. So I created this calibration spire to provide lots of measurement points.

Notes:
Since this is a test piece, feel free to save filament by thinning up the walls and floors. Two wall perimeters should be fine. Also be sure your slicer is set to allow a certain amount of time per layer or you will probably start laying filament on a previous squishy layer.
