Power Tool & Battery Slatwall Mounts for Ryobi 18V

A collection of holder and base pairs that I use to mount my Ryobi 18V tools on Slatwall.  This makes your tools easily accessible and allows you to show off your collection as well.

These are very similar to the other models I used to use with Versatrack but have been reworked for Slatwall.  The length on the base part models indicates how far away the center of the little mounting nub is away from the wall surface.  You have some flexibility here with regards to how far you want your tools away from the wall and also what direction you want them to face.  Generally most tools work fine with the 50mm or 60mm spacing. 

I used a 0.2mm layer height and the more perimeters the stronger - PLA+ and PETG both seem to be strong enough.  You will need supports and also be sure to print the base parts on their sides for strength.  I suggest simple Cyanoacrylate or Weld-Bond to glue the two parts together.

I spent a lot of time trying to tweak the dimensions so that the parts would latch onto the Slatwall but not marr PVC Slatwall, but this is about the best I could come up with.  I found it that different areas of wall could be looser/tighter and also different filaments played a role as well.  In many cases you will need to file down the little latching nub a bit.  Don't force it onto your wall if you feel too much resistance.  You can and will damage PVC Slatwall this way. 

I have only tested with storeWall as that is the only system I personally have, but in theory this should work for most 3" Slatwall if the dimensions are close enough.  I would appreciate any feedback if someone can test these on other Slatwall.
