Modular LED diffuser

This is a modular diffuser that you can make as long as you want!

The diffuser piece is designed such that its interfaces match so you can print as many pieces as you need and you can then put them together into a single decorative piece.

You will find 3 length pieces: 150mm, 300mm, and 450mm.

You will also find male and female caps both of which have a closed and an open version for your cables.

Print each piece horizontally with supports and the female interface against the build plate for the best results. You can print them vertically but the male interface becomes brittle because it will bend perpendicularly to each slice.

If you're printing the 450mm piece vertically, try reducing print speeds otherwise you'll get some ghosting halfway up. I used a 30mm/s print speed and still got this effect. It won't compromise assembly though, It'll just look worse.

Also, I recommend you use white or similar filaments. By adding varnish you can improve the results.

Finally, use some double-sided sticky tape to glue the diffuser to your furniture!
