Description
I took the original Christmas Tree (Thing 1913982) and used a cone shape in Tinkercad to create a hole in it. It was printed in a Exelvan transparent filament using Vase Mode to create a clearer looking tree, and also a Yellow Gold from Filamentive for an alternative colour.
The base was created in Tinkercad. The Christman Tree.stl was used to make an indentation in the base. The LED candles I used have a 36mm diameter, so I made the hole in the base 36.25mm to allow some leeway.
The LED candle was pushed flush into the base and hot glue used to keep it in place.
Then more hot glue was used to secure the Chrstmas Tree to the base.
Sticky felt pads were attached to the base.
The LED candles I used came from Amazon, search for "Oria LED Candle Tea Light, Battery Operated Candles, 12 Pack Flameless Candle, Electric Fake Candles"
