Switch Game & CF Express for Rolodex-Style Card Holder

Card Holder for Nintendo Switch Games & CF Express Type-B Cards to be supported in the SD Card Holder Rolodex-style by tetralite. Switch cards are similar to SD cards but with slightly different size, so a different adapter is needed. CF Express cards are much larger, again needing their own style holder. The original model allows you to easily look through cards with the cover art of the game visible.

This is the only replacement part needed. All other parts can be found in the original model. In my prints, I used a 0.16mm layer height.
