18650 Battery Holder 3 Cell

The 18650 type Li secondary battery is sold on amazon etc. This battery is a wonderful thing that has a large capacity and expands the possibilities of electronic work. 

However, there are some batteries with the same model number that differ in size depending on whether they have a protection circuit or whether they have a positive electrode projection like a single dry battery.

 I bought the 18650, which has different anode and cathode shapes, a protrusion on the anode, and a built-in protection circuit. 

The length is about 69mm. I chose it because I thought it was the safest option. However, I can't find a battery holder that can be used for this. 

Most holders are for 65mm lengths. Of course the 69mm 18650 does not fit. So I decided to make my own.

Electrodes were bought from Aliexpress. The shape is different for the cathode and the anode. A coil spring was attached for the cathode. The size of the rectangular part was the same, 12 mm in length and width, and the lead part was 7 mm and 0.3 mm in thickness.

I used PETG filament. No raft, no brim. no support.
