Here's my remix, just in time for the contest …
Thanks E3D for the original design!!
I am printing on an ENDER 3 V2 with an upgraded metal extruder arm, and steel extruder wheel.
Settings:
PLA
nozzle temp: 208'c
Speed: 30mm/s
Retraction enabled
Coasting enabled (and disabled check files)
Printed with supports (and without check files) -little skis on trailer and buggy kept breaking without so beware, especially when removing from baldpate.
the trailer had a hard time printing without supports… am currently trying @ 10mm/s because.
PETG
had best results with this, no stringing, and is a little more water resistant to try out in the snow.
nozzle temp: 252''C
speed: 30mm/s
slow down g code on first birdge layer for bottom of buggy & roof for best results (I did 50% on my printer, then changed back to 100% speed for the rest of the print)
Happy Holidays everyone!
